Policies
- Rates are plus 14.47% Hawaii state tax
- $500 deposit required to secure reservation (goes toward balance)
- $500 damage deposit (refundable provided no damage occurs or extra cleaning is required)
- Cleaning fee of $175 (is waived for stays 7+ nights)
- Check-in 4pm
- Check-out 10am
- ½ day rentals for late check-out/early check-in — please inquire at least 48 hours ahead (or when booking reservation)
- Monthly rates are available in shoulder and off-season
- Additional Housekeeping available during stay
