setting. My family spent 10 days this winter enjoying all of the amenities,
including the main pool with its panoramic view of the Pacific, the
large patio and bbq area that is ideal for family activities, and
the great access to the kid-friendly beach and row of Wailea five-star
resorts.Since our unit was close to the pool and beach access, my 16 month old kid was easy to shuttle back and forth as needed while mom and her friends sunbathed or strolled over to the Grand Wailea for a spa treatment. “This was our first time staying in South Maui and Ekahi 6A was the perfect place for our family (two adults and a two-year old). The condo was very clean and well stocked with all of the supplies needed for a great vacation: snorkel gear, bikes, towels, noodles, a great BBQ on a beautiful lanai, etc. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the beach. As former residents of Maui, we are very familiar with many of the Ekahi units and have been in several of them. Yours is clearly one of the best we've been in. We especially liked the serene and very private lanai, two bathrooms (many one-bedroom Ekahi units have only one bathroom), and the quality golf clubs. All the amenities are in perfect working order, all appliances and electronics are simple to use, and the condo is spotless. Love the big flat screen TV! We'll be back." The layout is very nice and worked just right for our family of 5. My brother-in-law and his wife surprised us by coming to Ekahi at the same time as us. Since they were in building 16, we had family dinners on your extended lanai, which was able to easily accommodate us all. I used the BBQ multiple times for dinners and lunch. We found the unit very clean when we arrived. The golf clubs worked out well for my husband and my son, who got his first birdie on a par 3 at Makena. We used the snorkel equipment, water noodles, cooler and beach chair. Thanks for having such a family-friendly set-up at Ekahi. My husband had previously only stayed at Napili beach, but soon came to realize that Ekahi has the right combination of waterfront pool, wide soft sandy beach (which the kids pointed out to him repeatedly, versus the harder sand at Napili and Kapalua), great snorkeling, the beach front path which we love, and of course, your great unit.
